¿QUÉ ES UN PLAN DE IGUALDAD?
Los Planes de Igualdad han sido definidos en la Ley Orgánica 3/2007. Sin embargo, el gobierno ha actualizado esta normativa con la puesta en vigor del Real Decreto-Ley 6/2019, el cual establece nuevas obligaciones a la hora de diseñar e implementar un Plan de Igualdad.
La implantación de un PLAN de IGUALDAD certificable constituyen en todas las organizaciones un paso más en el camino por aumentar su eficacia y asegurar su competitividad.
